  • The staff was professional and nice but the policies set forth by their management are too overbearing. I came in with an older referral they attempted to get a new referral but still want to charge the higher co-pays even though they knew that I had a good referral. They were also insistent on me giving my Social Security number even after I expressly asked not to. They actually refuse service if I didn't give him the social. There are plenty of lung specialist in the valley they can do a better job I'll keep looking.
