  • I have purchased 3 brand new Infinitis from dealerships in Florida and always have received top notch customer service! Never had I received the kind of poor customer service that I got when I went to Lake Norman Infiniti! Made a deal over the phone that sounded very good with sales manager Dick. Drove with my family over an hour in rush hour traffic to arrive and find out that the car we made a deal on was not there! Complete waste of my time! Dick didn't even apologize for not having the car. I will never deal with a dealership like them ever again.
