  • I thoroughly enjoyed my first class direct flight from CLT to OMA. The staff was very entertaining, funny and attentive. Not to mention that as long as I have been living in Charlotte I have always flown Delta and Southwest which are on the opposite side of the airport which is being renovated right now. I had no clue that they had a mac counter there. I like!!!
