I'm new to Munhall so I was not familiar with the former establishment that is now Wolf's Pub, but I can boldly attest that this is a very welcome resident to the neighborhood!
Cozy, clean and decorated subtly you almost feel as if you've entered a pub in England. I half expected to see a sheepdog laying in the corner near a fireplace. There are two long tables situated in the middle of the pub that welcome group dining. Or, you can cozy up to the perimeters of the room and dine with a few. The bar itself probably seats 10-12.
They have several big screen TVs playing both local sports and I believe European soccer (but you'd have to check on that). One side of the wall lists on a chalkboard the menu.
The menu features a few appetizers including spinach and buffalo chicken dips. There is an array of sandwiches to choose from and also several creative burgers. During my first visit I had a delicious burger, which features two 'smashed' pattys. It was quite filling! My second trip I went with the pulled pork - also tasty and very filling. Each entree I had came with a side of crinkle fries and two types of ketchup.
The only issue I can foresee with Wolf's is that it is going to get so popular that it won't be able to fit all of their fans in at once!
