  • I usually shop across the street at Albertsons but I make the occasional stop here when I have to go to the bank... the last THREE times I was there I was sent to another line which was supposed to make my check out quicker but there wasn't a checker there yet so by the time a checker got there and checked me out, the person behind me in the original line I was in was on their way out the door. This last time I stood in a line where a man was almost done being checked out and the person bagging at that time hollered for me to go to self checkout because I had one item (I guess). Well I was about to head to self check (feeling so unwelcomed at that check stand) and told the person bagging that I'd rather wait because self check had a line. Then another customer gets behind me and that person says "sir I'll help you in the next check stand over".... soooo... I'm constantly being redirected BADLY to other check stands at the grocery store.. it's worse than driving through an airport during the holidays!
