| - Look everyone... an airport is a really hard place to be 5-stars. It's basically hell on earth for people who hate crowds, germs, have difficulty getting around, so on and so forth.
But I'm going to give Hopkins decent marks for a few totally random reasons.
+ Departures and arrivals pick-ups aren't the worst. You can actually pick someone up and wait in your car reasonably without being forced to move by police like in other big cities.
+ The accessibility shuttle is always there when myself or a friend needs it. For some reason, every flight I take, ever, regardless of destination, puts me at C24, which is basically the longest possible terminal away.
+ TSA Pre-Check isn't the worst, but it's also clear TSA Pre-Check is no longer a rare thing. Everyone in CLE basically has it, so don't accept quick lines, but I really think the staff does their best to move people.
I hear they are continuously making improvements, and I hope they'll keep it up. Hopkins isn't the most luxurious airport on earth, but its good enough.
