The notoriety of Top Chef and EnRoute magazine drew me to this place. I like the chef's philosophy on food simple, fresh, from scratch.
The pork croquettes was as good as I "tasted" it when I watched the show. The bone marrow did not disappoint.
I am also a believer that out of the respect for the animals, who become food on our plates, to not waste any part of it. It is refreshing to see a non-asian restaurant finally offering bone marrow in Calgary. A St John like restaurant in Calgary may not be far behind? lol
