  • I would never expect this level of customer service from the actual owner of the store. I was looking for a knife for home use in a price range $200-300. I was looking for a wooden handle, since I prefer the look of the wood. The owner wasn't very friendly, which I wouldn't mind as much ( everybody can have a bad day). But when he told me that his store isn't right for me, based on the fact that I care how the knife looks, I was baffled. He clearly had several knives with wooden handles displayed. Sir, If you want to sell your knives, you should acknowledge customer's needs and respect their opinions.( and maybe show some heart and empathy). Very disappointing.
