  • Every time I order balloons from this store, the order is screwed up. I'm very clear as I'm ordering it, I take my time...aaaaand it seems simple enough to me...but when I arrive to pick them up, it's never what I ordered. 4 groups of 3 balloons. Here are the colors I want - I hand them the three - we're looking at them on the counter both the employee and I. I want 4 sets of this. That's not what I'll get. Today I called to change the pick up time for my Halloween order and they had no record of my order. I was holding my receipt in my hand but they couldn't find theirs. Glad I called! I have to start going to another Party City. I guess I'm giving 2 stars because I feel sorry for the owners? Aye yi yi.
