  • No smiles, LOTS of employees, one line open, and just plain RUDE human beings! One employee says one thing, and another employee says something different. I asked for the managers name and was told they could not release that information - yet the gray hair heavy-set white man is walking around with a badge on like everyone else?!? I've traveled through 4 airports in the last week and this airport TSA was the absolute WORST!! With all those TSA agents walking around with their hands in their pockets getting paid on MY tax dollars seems ridiculous! Get it together Cleveland!!!!!
