The couch we got was priced well and the quality appears ok. My issue however is with the delivery. Upon purchasing the couch in store they were unable to deliver the couch same day as the website had stated due to being booked and during the time window they had for later I was the only person home with 2 kids and a newborn baby so I expressed concern about the old couch needing to be removed when they deliver the new one. They assured me it would be fine and that the delivery people would be able to put my old couch on our curb for bulk trash when dropping off my new couch. The delivery drivers arrived about 20 minutes late for the 3 hour window I was provided and when I asked them about moving the old couch the delivery man laughed and said he'd do it but nobody told him that he had to. Upon the delivery people leaving I thanked them and asked if they were able to get the couch on the curb ok (they entered and exited through the back of the house to get the furniture in easier so I did not see it right away) and he nodded and left. I went to the front of my house a few minutes later to lock up and found that the old couch was not placed on my curb but thrown around in pieces in my front yard. On top of this the trash from the foam wrapping of the new couch was laying all over the street and also in my neighbors front yard. I spent the next 30 minutes cleaning up the trash on my block and trying to put my old couches on the curb by myself. When I called Living Spaces to inform them of this immediately after the delivery I was then put on hold for over 12 minutes before just hanging up and deciding this will not be a place I purchase furniture from again. With a $99 delivery fee I have no idea what I paid so much for because I could have given myself a headache for free.
