  • The service is lacking, unfriendly and unappreciative. Ive been in twice. First time I had to explain what I wanted a few times and I asked for jalapeños in addition to the normal toppings. There was no immediate communication to the cook of my additional topping. When I got home I was charged for it but no jalapeños. My second visit, I had to repeat my order 3 times and then once again directly to the cook (again no communication to the cook by register guy); I paid and had to ask for my change as the register guy took my money and immediately turned around and left; I ordered a combo which I again had to say 3 times, and no one gave me a cup for my soda. So when I asked for my cup their response was, "so you didnt get it"?. Never a thank you or Im sorry I don't understand. I give them a 2 only because the fries are good. Won't be back.
