  • I am a very happy investor. Jim helped change my life. This is not an exaggeration at all. I came in to real estate investing as a novice and Jim has coached me into a seasoned investor. He helped me make a great buy on a 4plex in Las Vegas. I have since purchased his book "A Fist Full of Properties" and learned how to deal with problem tenants and find good ones. I recomended several friends and family to Jim and he has treated them all with 5 star service. I can't say enough good things about Jim and Barb. Thank you!!!
