  • Unfortunately I think the bad outweighs the good with this older property. I was there for a work conference and had the bad luck of getting a room with a broken AC on the roof. The AC worked but it made such a loud noise that I couldn't sleep. The workers that came to fix it charged into my room while I was in bed taking a nap. The door was fully locked, but the latch lock was also broken! Needless to say that was terrifying. I reported it to management and they were not very sympathetic. They said I would be compensated and they haven't done it even after several follow-ups. Very disappointing on so many levels.
