Horrible customer service; especially if you encounter Amanda who is extremely abrasive and over talks you in a condescending tone.
She doesn't even know what the words customer service mean.
She is probably one of the reasons they have a poor service rating.
In addition they do not follow up on service orders unless you call and contact your service provider.
I am not sure why GE deals with such a company who has no interests in taking care of customers.
Will also file a complaint with BBB.
