Dave in service was AWESOME! I had no power when I exchanged my old battery for a new one. I called Kelly's and Dave said bring the jet ski in and he would see if I blew a fuse. Sure enough, that was the problem. He knew the urgency in having the jet ski fixed for the next day. I really appreciated him getting me right in and fixing the issue. He then informed me that I had a recall with a part on my ski and ordered the appropriate part. Robert the parts manager is always friendly and helpful too. He remembers his customers and goes out of his way to explain the products they have, the cost of the items and takes care of the ordering the correct product. He showed me where my jack equipment was to change a flat on my trailer and how to do it. I was talking with him about problems with my tail lights always getting burned out. He suggested I get LED waterproof trailer lights. Gary is another great staff member who is super with the customers! Robert in the service department showed me how to check my oil, showed me where the fuse is located and how the battery needs to be disconnected to prevent future fuse problems.
