  • I went in to Desert Car Care Center of Gilbert because our car had several things wrong with it. The service manager, Keith, told me he would run tests to see what was wrong and assured me we would get to the root of the problems. When he called to give me the run down of everything he'd found...I was floored to know that he had done additional research to find out that my car had a recall on it and that he called the dealership to see if they had the recall part. He went above and beyond on that! Additionally, when I told him I had to prioritize which issues I would fix first and that I could not afford to fix everything at once, he did not pressure me...instead he educated me on which parts needed replacing first and why. I appreciate his knowledge and patience. The front office staff, Blanca, is also very friendly and extremely helpful. They also have a good small waiting room with a TV, couch & WiFi + after hours car drop off. Two thumbs up for Desert Car Care Center of Gilbert. You've earned a customer for life!
