My boyfriend and I came in for a late brunch on a Sunday. It was very quiet and they seemed to be recuperating after the rush. We were seated promptly, everything was clean, and we had a sweet and attentive server. It was our first time coming to The Flying Biscuit so she was patient with us taking some time to make our decisions. I appreciate the gluten free choices listed clearly on the menu, great selection of food to choose from. Both of our entrees were made well and we had no complaints.
