  • This was my first visit to this location for my annual eye exam. The past years were done at the Target Optical on 3rd St and Bell Rd and they were excellent. I saw a substitute doctor instead of the main one. Linda, who worked the front, was so incredibly friendly and pleasant - 5 stars for her. The doctor seemed like he was losing his patience a few times during the exam. It is incredibly difficult to keep my eyes open for longer than 20 seconds when you shine a bright-a** light into my eyes and he repeated asked to not move my eyes and to keep it open. Trust me, I was trying to so I can get out ASAP. Also, I've never had a doctor touch my face during all my years of getting the exam done. I know it was done so that he can see my eyes better but it was really uncomfortable and I don't like my face being touched at all, even by my husband. The only reason I visited here was because they were very accommodating to my crazy work schedule and they accepted my vision insurance. After this experience, I don't think I'll be back.
