  • If only I could give Zero stars... Pool pump went out. Home warranty company sent these guys who came out several days later. Derek came and took the pump to "rebuild" it. Josh back 4 days later with e pump, re-installed it and left without ever talking to me. I came home from work and the pump was screaming loud (could hear it down the block) and it was not circulating water. Warranty company advised they would send them back. Got a call later next day saying "earliest we can come out is Friday" (4 more days). Called warranty company again and they said Alchemist "completed the job on Monday". Seriously?They made they situation worse. Meanwhile, it is 95 degrees and no water is circulating. There are either incompetent or just don't care. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
