  • Doug the Service Manager, and Ernie the Service Adviser, are the best of this dealer. I do not like the 528I that I purchased. That exact model, has a loud fan noise, that you can hardly hear your radio while running. It is there to cool the engine. What a joke never again, going to get Mercedes next. No disclosure on the Sales side!
