  • If I could give a MINUS score I would. The service advisors/managers are bullies! Very unprofessional....Under new management and you'd think it would get better. Nope, worse! I actually saw the service manager YELLING at a technician. Totally un-called for, and this was one of the 'Bullies" who didn't like the fact that I requested a specific technician, since they only have a few good/trustworthy ones. Will NOT return!!
