  • Our water heater gave up the ghost last night. We contracted with Lowe's to get a new heater installed today. Pain in the Pipe showed up on time (a few minutes early, actually) and were highly professional. Juan checked to make sure that old heater was not still under warranty and explained what they would do and how long it would take. He showed us which parts we could reuse so that we could return unneeded parts to Lowe's for a refund. Based on this experience, we would definitely consider Pain in the Pipe for future plumbing work.
