  • I like the complex compared, considering the area. I have lived here a year and my experience has been pleasant for the most part. San Valiente markets itself as one of the luxury communities the area. But! From the outside if often does not look that way. Each unit has a washer and dryer. However, you will often see tenants hanging their laundry over their balcony which is not appealing. There are numerous dumpsters throughout the complex, yet a select few tenants will place their trash outside their front door and leave it their for days, Some neighbors have blinds in their window that are in dire need of replacing. Other than that, the units are cool, location is convenient, and neighbors are quiet. If they could just fix this one issue...
