  • My favorite breakfast in Vegas! Start with the fruit bouquet -- fresh fruit with yogurt and mint dipping sauces. Light and refreshing start to the meal! My husband had the mushroom omelette and we both agreed it was the best omelette we had ever had! To die for!!! I had the chicken, apple & Brie crepes and they were great! Our friends had delicious bananas foster waffles and fresh fruit waffles and raved about them. The mimosas were pretty expensive, and racked up our bill quickly, but the bartender pours them right, with just a splash of o.j. Ask to sit in the open-air section where you have a great view and feel like you're outside, but you still have air conditioning. :-)
