The coffee is good, don't get me wrong. When its right. I'll give you one mess up. 2 maybe. But when I'm a regular here and it suddenly becomes a constant problem...I won't be back. I used the drive thru on my way to work to get for myself and sometimes coworkers. And I get sometimes the speaker can sound bad. Especially with RT 30 traffic right there. The order was always correct on my receipt but what was handed to me was either the opposite of what I wanted (hot not cold or vice versa) or something totally different. And I'd point this out and yet no one ever offered to make a new drink! Somehow it became my fault! How is it my fault when the receipt in my hand with the current time and date on it is right but what's handed to me is wrong? I'll stick with Starbucks or Sheetz where at least if a mistake is made they apologize and fix it.
