  • We paid for two hot stone pedicures and gel manicures. I bought another one as a gift for my boyfriend's daughter. We were all started at the same time. My daughter was getting her toes painted while our feet were still soaking. I verified before we even started that we all had the same package. I had to tell the manager twice that she never got any massage or lotion or stone treatment before he finally said something. He said she'd do it now - I was pretty skeptical how she could do it since her nails were already painted. She did a really half assed job because my boyfriend's daughter and I were just beginning to get our toe nails painted and my daughter had already been done 15 minutes. I mentioned it to the manager and I was told not to worry about it. Never again am I going to this place. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, the receptionist would ask me questions but not let me answer.
