Took my 1967 British Car in for a wheel alignment. I asked if they could do it, and they said yes. Took the car in for a 700 am appointment because I had a full day of maintenance planned for it. The guy behind the counter said it would be about two hours. Four hours later I called to see what was going on. I was told that they had to contact 'corporate' to get the numbers for the alignment machine. (Code: We haven't looked at it yet). Fine. So I give them the benefit of the doubt until 3PM and still no call back. I called and was then told that the car wouldn't fit on the machine. So I guess they lied to me earlier in the day. Anyway, I picked the car up at 3:30pm and took it home. What angers me the most is that they probably didn't realize it didn't fit until the afternoon but they never called me to tell me. Very poor customer service.
I went home and made a call and will get it aligned tomorrow someplace else.
