  • I bought a Chevy traverse here less than a year and a half ago. In this time, my front end has gone out, complete AC unit, total transmission and now have a blown engine. Last week I was told my extended warranty is valid and they towed my vehicle and provided a rental, per my extended warranty. A few days later they tell me IT'S NOT COVERED!!!! Now my car is blown up, out of warranty and they won't even cover the towing cost to return me my vehicle! I never would have had it towed if my warranty wasn't in effect!!!! Worse customer service ever!!! The GM wouldn't even call me back, instead he relayed it through the sales manager who told me my warranty was good!!!!!!
