  • Establishment was OK.... would have been better had they cleaned our room after the first night there. When we returned at 9:30pm the second night, our room was exactly how we left it that morning. Housekeeping Managers excuse? "I personally checked all rooms and made sure DND signs were not on the doors of the rooms cleaned". Ok.... then why was our room not cleaned cuz we sure didnt have the DND sign on our door. Anyway, I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone else knowing that someone in management is untruthful. Thank you Housekeeping Manager for lying directly to me. Great customer satisfacation from her.
