  • I liked Dr Lisa Pepka but her front office is pretty terrible, our first appt no one answered the phone when I calling for help finding the office than when i finally did get to the appt the Dr checked us in. Kind of strange and signals to me that it isnt the most efficiently run office. Half the time I call and I'm put on hold which is no big deal but then after five minutes of waiting i'm disconnected. When your kid is sick you want to feel like the whole office cares and I don't get that feeling. The front also has a bit of sass to them, I get it you don't want to deal with me and im annoying. I want an appointment and i'd like more than 'I'll call you back sometime today' for an answer. Humor me, think about if it was your kid. The nurse we had also wasn't super warm and fluffy, you work in pediatrics slap a smile on for God sake.
