  • This is a follow up review (original in April 2013). I had ordered my gluten-free and dairy-free wedding cake from The Pastry Palace. It was delicious - one of the best desserts ever said my guests. And, I am happy to say that when we defrosted the cake topper for our one year anniversary, the cake was just as delicious. Thought this information would help those looking for a bakery than can prepare gluten and dairy free, and to know that it holds up when frozen.
