  • Would give a zero if possible. Terra West inappropriately pulled money out of my account for a house i no longer own. Was told multiple stories about how checks were issued - different dates, different payees. Finally was told check was sent escrow company who settled the sale before the money was ever drawn. Two months later - no check has been found. Now it will take 4 to 6 more weeks to get a refund of money they should not have taken in the first place.
