If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived at the car wash on Saturday 1/27. I pulled up purchase my car wash and detail. I said I was on my lunch break and asked will it be done in a hour he said yes. The time was 4:02pm. I went inside to wait. The time was 4:45 I went to the cashier she said she'll check. I sat back down she never did. Then 4:59. I went back. She said no. It's in detail. I said I can't wait I was told something different. I said I'll pay for the wash and refund the buff lights. The manager gave me the money back and shoved me away. I went to get my car. Nothing was done at all. The detail manager Beto said things got busy. I said I just need my car. He said missy then go find another damn car wash and walked away. I left and called the manager on the phone right away he said call corporate and make a complaint. Because Beto has a few already. Beto has horrific customer service and uses bad language to customers. The manager needs to be held responsible and the staff.
