I really hate to do this because the employees were pleasant to speak to. I was really looking forward to it, especially with the hype and the lovely convo with the gentleman working late hours. I wanted a specific limo, he told me it was in the shop but offered a Chrysler limo, sounded OK with me and gave my credit card over the phone. A week prior to reservation, I call to confirm and boy am I glad I did. At first, the lady could not find my reservation, which scared me because I feel like I didn't know who I gave my CC info to. Another lady gets on the line and finds my reservation then explains that the limo that was booked for me was also now in the shop and they cannot honor my reservation nor could they get me into something similar in the price range, they offered others but at double the price rather than a discounted rate for their mishap. My problem is that they NEVER called me to tell me this, I would have sat around looking stupid all dressed up for a no show. I come to Vegas a lot and rent limos often, for them not to call me to make different arrangements made me not want to use them and ultimately lost a lot of business. I have worked with Omni limo with great results.
