| - It's been over 3 years since I've lived at Reflections but as I look back on an apartment dweller's life, it's one of the better places I've called home. Following the grand tradition of celebrating a love of water features in the middle of some of the hottest desert in the US, there's a man made lake that these apartments face and it has a pool which I never used. It's in the heart of Chandler so it's just down the street (by car) from Fry's Foods, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Chase bank and tons of restaurants.
I lucked out and got a second floor Venetian floor plan on a corner near the lake which comes out to about 900 square feet for under $900 a month with an enormous balcony, outside storage, nickel brushed hardware throughout, clean carpeting, lots of natural light, and air conditioning. The buildings are all two level with outdoor entrances. Each comes with its own assigned covered carport spot which are a little on the small side so I opted to pay an extra $50 for a garage! You get a door opener and it even has space to store stuff that can withstand heat because trust me, does it get hot in there. But great for your peace of mind if you worry about your trusty car's appearance.
I never had a single problem with maintenance or office staff. Everyone was nice as could be and they signed for your packages so you don't have to worry about your stuff sitting outside melting in the shaded but still very hot mailbox area. And did I mention that compared to Seattle or Los Angeles, the rent is actually reasonable? I miss this place and if I ever find myself back in the AZ area, I'm coming here first!
