  • This. Is. Barbecue! Everything was delicious, but the pork belly left the lasting impression. Juicy and tender on the inside, crispy on the outside. It's literally what I have been seeing on food shows for years, but have never been able to find. The reason that pork belly has become so much more popular, and the reason it should stay that way.
