  • Terrible customer service. My daughters graduation announcements were worded like invitations (date, time location) and I really didn't want to send them out and have to explain to distant relatives that no, you are not really invited, but rather I just wanted to give you all the specifics that you really don't need to know. Additionally, quality was not what I would have liked and for the price. And, according to the not very helpful (borderline rude) customer service people, they do not care if their customers are satisfied or not, absolutely NO refunds. Save your money.
