Very romantic atmosphere with live music in the bar area (you can also eat dinner there) with superb service & excellent food.
My hubby & I went to Mastros Sunday night to celebrate his birthday. Everything is a la carte (and very large portions)...so, we split a cesar salad (average but not disappointing in anyway), swordfish (I loved it, but my husband who is very picky thought it was too fishy) , 12 oz filet mignon (great cut of meat cooked to perfection), garlic mashed potatoes (very tasty, maybe a little gluey) and sauteed broccoli (tasty, but boring...we've had the sauteed snap peas before and they are better). They put a small piece of dry ice in the bottom of my martini glass and my cosmo had a little dry ice smoke...loved that.
Since it was his birthday, they brought out a slice of chocolate cake with a candle. The cake was damn good.
Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very professional...the entire wait staff was on point. They took very good care of us.
BTW, there is an attendant in the bathroom...so bring a dollar with you if you want to be able to tip.
