  • I mistakenly contacted this company through email for my volunteer church group. I was treated extremely rudely and harassed by emails for an entire afternoon. I sent an email to them the next day wishing to speak to a manager about the problem and found out the guy that was doing this was a CEO or something, and nothing even close to an apology was offered... If I was treated this way not even doing business with them I would hate to see how they treat a customer with a problem or concern.
