  • Booked the south rim tour - flight from Las Vegas and helicopter tour of Grand Canyon months in advance. Expensive but what we wanted. On the day up at 5am, collected and taken to airport. At 8am on plane, ready to leave then told a fault with the plane so we will transfer you to another plane. LIES!!! All of us let down by Maverick. No other plane, no other south rim tours offered. No one was given a suitable replacement. West rim offered - we wanted the south rim same as everyone else. Most people had plans or it was their last day in Vegas so rescheduling was not an option. A lot of very disappointed people. Got a refund but a wasted morning and Mavericks customer service was appalling. Not even offered a drink whilst kept waiting. Would never use again. No response to my request for a call back. Even spoke to the operations manager - nothing! This company is no good, AVOID there are other companies who treat customers better.
