  • They rarely answer the phone. They use the excuse that they are working in the back. I don't feel that's a reasonable answer. It's bad business. They lost my vacuum I left to have repaired for a while, then was found. They don't have the common courtesy to call me and let me know the status of the repair. I will never take any business there again.
