  • We purchased a coffee table from the floor and came back the next day to pick it up in our SUV. The coffee table is a white porous stone top and when we unwrapped it at our home, there was a big, sticky, brown stain right in the centre of it. We have called 3 times and no one has called us back. The last person I spoke with (salesperson Michelle - who was happy to take our sale in the less than 5 minutes it took) was very unfriendly and said that it is a final sale item and nothing can be done. I have photos of the way we purchased it without the damage but they refuse to take responsibility and basically blamed us for the way it is today. What they don't realize is that it may only be a $400 sale for them, but it's going to cost them much more (no more business from us and we will post our review wherever we can.) If you like the products in this store, Direct Interiors carries all of the same brands.
