  • DO NOT stay here! First of all the hotel only has one elevator which is a huge inconvenience. We came back from spring training games and there was a line of people waiting to get to their floor. Ended up taking the stairs to the 4th floor. Breakfast was terrible - I imagine dog food would taste better. Potatoes were bland and overcooked/dry, fruit was bad, peanut butter wasn't even edible. My fiancĂ© said the pancakes were okay but everything else including eggs and sausage are soggy and gross. Lots of young kids staying here and hooting and hollering all night. Thought for a minute we were staying in a frat house. Bathroom sink was totally clogged so you can't even run the water to heat up to wash your face without the sink overflowing. Pool seemed okay until another hotel guest was using the ladder to get out of the pool and it was loose so he ended up slipping and cutting his toe so badly that he needed to go to the hospital for stitches. Blood was everywhere so maintenance said pool would be shut down for 24-hours to sanitize & clean, but first thing in the morning it was open again. Doesn't sound like they sanitized anything! Very leery to even step foot on the pool deck let alone get in the water. Ladies at registration were so rude! The only reason this place even got 1 start was cause the bartender was great and the ONLY staff member who helped the poor kid that cut his foot in the pool, then offered free drinks to guests for the inconvenience. AVOID * AVOID * AVOID! Motel 6 would probably be a palace compared to this place.
