| - I lived here when it was Wildhorse, moved out, and moved back in after it was "the villas".
Let's start by saying the "upgraded" apartments are $100 more to rent. Have crappy laminate floor that however look nice, it VERY easily dents and several areas have bubbled up. The carpet is lifted and not flat. The paint is horrible, literally missing spots. The upgraded appliances are cheap. The cabinets aren't new or stained, they are painted with wall paint that comes right off and looks terrible. The counters are finished with cheap crap as well. So "upgrade", my a**!
OUR ISSUES STARTED RIGHT AWAY!!!!
Upon moving in our house smelt like a smelly dog, or 10, lived here. Like horribly. Look us a month to get rid of the smell and from time to time we can still smell it. The lady in the office knew it to before moving us in because she said "ohhhhh apartment *** that one STINKS" ummmm okay so why was it available?!
The patio storage, when I opened it.. Looked like the smelly dog was kept in there!! Piss and poop stains and horrid small. Had to bleach the floors several times before even putting our things in there.
Our kitchen sink apparently from day 1 has had a leak and you can tell because the base in the cabinet is a random piece of wood. I called to get it fixed and he said it was good so I never thought twice but one day went to grab something and all my stuff under there was wet and moldy!!
Our bathroom counter was all messed up when we moved in so they came to re paint it, and one spot in the kitchen. The bathroom HORRIBLE literally the entire thing is bubbles and bumpy.. Can't have them come fix it cause we have to stay out of the house for 2 days because of the smell. The spot in our kitchen IS A COMPLETE DIFFERENT COLOR! And the guy said "well it's close enough".
Forget opening your doors or windows on a rainy day because all the dog piss from outside rises and comes into your home. It is so gross.
The "yard" area infront of my unit is missing all its rocks so it looks so crappy. I asked about having rocks places there and was told they would be, however that hasn't happened and it's been months.
AMAZING HOW TO LANDSCAPE IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY LOOKS AMAZING AND THE ENTIRE BACK OF THE PROPERTY IS JACKED UP AND GHETTO.
There are rules like nothing in the window like sheets and blah blah.. Yeah quite a few people have sheets and junk hanging on the porch. I think we pay far to much for these tiny apartments for it to look like we rent on d street!
This complex is a dead zone for cell service with T-Mobile as well as sprint so, don't be surprised if you can't even check your email let alone make a call. By the way T-Mobile told me themselves it is a dead zone.
When I lived here before my AC was not working and the entire unit had to be replaced, looks like it's going to happen again because my apartment won't cool past 80 but feels like 95 and with kids that is t going to work for me. Wish me luck on getting them to fix that when just having them come take a look has been an issue already.
I don't always trust bad reviews but really, if you can, go elsewhere. We only moved in so quickly because when we lived here before we had no issues and no BS besides the AC that was promptly fixed.
