rev:text	Another update in less than a month, bringing them right back to 5 stars! In march of 2013, these guys won me over completely. I was not as impressed when I returned in July of this year. Not that anything was bad, but I felt rushed, they didn't honor my coupon, and it was good, but not GREAT. Well, less than two weeks after spending over $100 here, my daughter's phone started acting up. Making strange lines on the screen and once in a while the screen would almost pop out of place. I kept my receipt and brought it back down to Go Gadgets. They said this would be a $99 fix, but they'll charge me half price because I already spent $130. I was not very happy with that being that I was one of their very first customers. I have sent them a ton of people because I had such positive experiences, and now, you want $50 more of my money?!?! The associate Robbie was very professional and compassionate to my concerns and took it upon himself to call the owner, Miguel, and let him know my frustrations. I was called back within 10 minutes by Robbie, saying Miguel actually remembers my family and I, they appreciate our loyalty, and did not charge me a dime. When I walked in yesterday, it was packed, and Miguel, and another associate (possibly Robbie) were very friendly, helpful, and greeted me by name the second I entered. Thank you for taking care of your customers! I appreciate you, your service, and will continue to refer you to anyone in need of smart phone issues!!
