  • Love this store now that management has improved! I didn't prefer to go here when they first opened because it didn't seem like the employees were very trained or had any customer service. Their manager was any better. It's like they didn't care if you shopped there or not so I would actually drive past Stonecrest and head over to the one at the Arboretum! Customer service is a big one for me. But in the last year or two, I started going to this one more (for convenience) and it seems to have had a huge lift in spirit! I no longer drive past it to go to the other Michael's. I enjoy the brighter attitude I've come in contact with! And my experience with their manager Pat was exceptional! He went above and beyond to get the product I needed!! Good job Michael's of Stonecrest!
