  • I worked with Jacob Podolsky for a diminished value claim after a car accident early last year. I picked this firm because I heard they communicated well and were timely, which turned out to be absolutely correct. I never waited more than several hours for an email response, and I never had to call them after our initial conversation because of how well they communicated via email. Jacob was also very personable. I didn't feel like a number or a low-priority client. They made me feel important and communicated everything to me in a clear and honest manner. I don't have any criticisms or anything negative to say. Great communication, great people, great firm.
