  • Dr. James Preddy was extremely rude. My Mom is dealing with cancer issues, and had a serious anaphylactic shock reaction from her medication. We rushed her to the new hospital on Blue Diamond and Decatur called "Dignity Health Saint Rose Dominican". As soon as we walked in, everyone acted as if they didn't know what to do. Dr. James Preddy was sitting at the desk. He acted as if he didn't know what to do either. We decided to just leave because they were acting clueless. They didn't even think to give her Benedryl. Before we walked out he replied, "BYE" several times. Never in my life have I heard a doctor yell "Bye" to a patient like that. It was the most disrespectful thing ever. He was very unprofessional. This doctor came off as a racist person from the beginning. I want to warn everyone before you go to him and allow him to mistreat you.
