I would give no stars if possible. after three conversations which lasted well over a half an hour each, some were like 45 minutes or better. after being told they were going to reduce my bill and never change any of my services they proceeded to change my telephone services without my approval.
Repeated telephone calls and a promise of a return call from a supervisor that never came constantly contradicting themselves and expecting me to just except every changing conversation as fact I see where a lot of people have had similar issues with one person not knowing what the other said. people making promises this is terrible marketing horrible customer service and a lack of respect of keeping a person's word. they claim that they record all the conversations I would be excited to know that they would sit down and actually listen to over an hour and a half of themselves making asses of themselves and giving out promises and guaranteeing things that they have absolutely no intention of honoring.
So be on notice as soon as I can if I find anything slightly measurably better or even equal to which doesn't say much I will be leaving Cox. In retrospect I think their name is spelt wrong but says it all.
